The Vineyards that provide the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for the Bacio Divino are the acclaimed To Kalon Vineyard in Oakville. George Latour III Vineyard in Rutherford, and our own Cloudy's Vineyard in Dutch Henry Canyon at the base of Howell Mountain. The Sangiovese comes from a high elevation vineyard in Atlas Peak. The Petit Sirah is from an old-vine vineyard just north of Calistoga.
The flagship offering, the 2004 Bacio Divino Proprietary Red, is a blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and equal parts Sangiovese and Petite Sirah. A dramatic wine, it offers notes of black raspberries, incense, Provencal herbs, spice bos and sweet cherries.
