2008 7th Sense Cabernet Sauvignon Rafael (750ml)   We all know what 6th sense means. 7th sense is a new level of interaction with the world around us. Some people are born with it and for others, it must be cultivated, as with a sense of taste. We have learned to like the taste of tne wine, dark chocolate, and to a much lesser extent even broccoli. Some may never liked the taste of beer, coffee, or cigarettes and have no intention of cultivating what others and pleasurable with that particular sense of taste.

Grapes come from two vineyards in the Lodi Appellation; 12 and 16 years old vines; Vineyards benefit from deep and rich soils that make-up the Lodi Appellation.

Fermented on their skins for 6 days and soft pressed; 50% French and American oak barrels & 50% in stainless tanks; Aged for 13 months.
