Description
Peacock Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a great representation of this very agable vintage. The wine is rich with dark fruits, well structured with balanced tannins and acid. Sourced from our 6.2-acre vineyard, the wine reflects each vintage by employing natural winemaking techniques, balance French Oak, and bottled unfiltered. Very limited production. Inky ruby in color, this wine has a compelling nose of tobacco, wet earth, and black cherries. In the mouth it is smooth and robust with suede-like tannins that envelop dark flavors of espresso, black cherries, and pipe tobacco. The finish, which is long and satisfying, incorporates notes of cocoa powder and river mud.Best Pairing
